01. Fulfillment Excellence
Every Lumina device undergoes a final quality inspection before being carefully hand-packed. We dispatch all orders within 24 to 48 hours from our logistics hub. You will receive an automated tracking confirmation as soon as your package is in the hands of our premium couriers.

02. International Customs & Import
Global Duty Information
Lumina Boutique ships worldwide. Please be advised that import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are governed by your local customs laws.
We provide accurate commercial invoices for all international shipments to ensure the fastest possible clearance, but we cannot control delays at customs facilities.
03. Delivery & Risk Transfer
Ownership and risk of loss pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. While we assist in tracking and inquiry processes, Lumina Boutique is not responsible for packages stolen after a confirmed "Delivered" status. We strongly recommend choosing a secure delivery address.
04. Address & Re-routing
For security reasons, we cannot change a shipping address once an order is processed. If a package is returned to our facility due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided by the customer, a secondary shipping fee will be required to resend the item.
