You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We want you to have enough time to truly integrate the Lumina ritual into your daily life.
2. Condition of Item
To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, including the original premium packaging and all included accessories.
3. How to Start
Contact our support via email. We will provide you with the return address and a Return Authorization Number. Please do not send items back without this number.
